My boyfriend's been a fitness coach for over 30 years so I wanted his feedback after he assembled this. It wasn't difficult and he appreciated the clear instructions and labeled parts. He commented that it wouldn't measure up to the gym version I'm accustomed to but seemed like a decent piece of equipment that's adequate for home use.I'm 5'9" and was initially skeptical of its design because it didn't seem very stable or tall enough, despite the height adjustability. I was also concerned about having to balance my feet on the floor versus a raised platform. However, once I rested my full weight on the padding it didn't move at all. My boyfriend also indicated my hip placement was perfect, which was reassuring since having good form and posture are essential for aneffective exercise routine. He's 6'2", 200pounds and also felt comfortable using it.I like that it can be folded to store in a closet but it fits perfectly underneath my weight bench and is easier to get to. For the price, so far it feels like a good investment and nice addition to my workout arsenal.

    I got the Multipurpose Roman chair a couple months ago. I wanted to wait to make sure I could truly give an honest review. It is very light-weight, quick to assemble. We move it around the gym a lot and is no trouble. Both my husband and I are able to use it in many exercises. I prefer to use it for working on flexibility and core, my husband uses it for the strength building with weights. The options on how to use this is great because it is so versatile.

    If I gave any con about the product, I would recommend the base be a bit wider, especially if you are doing faster movements on it. I feel like I could move it with my movements... but I can be a lot when I am into the workout sometimes!! lol. At the same time, it could be how we have it situated, and, it is portable/compact so it is an even trade for me. We slowly add pieces into our gym and so this is a perfect fit! It is also great for those who are in a smaller living space because it is compact and you can do so many things with it.

    BOTTOM LINE: If I am looking for any type of health product, I look to Lifepro first. Their prices are amazing, the quality is phenomenal and their customer service is even better than their products. If you do choose to purchase a Lifepro product, be sure to join their FB group. The support is so helpful! I have 6 of their products and will continue to use them as my source because I trust the company this much. If there is ever anything wrong with your item, reach out to them and they will help resolve your issue. This is truly a company that cares not only about their products, but cares more about their customers. They even take suggestions on future products! So if you are thinking about it... just do it, you won't regret it!!

    The product was easy to setup. The packaging was easy to remove and everything was included.

    I have been training for over 20 years, and though -out my life I have used all types of equipment. My review is my own analysis based on my own body which is within the range of the ability of the equipment.

    The decline ab crunch is great, hits lower abdominal and mid, downside is the sliding which causes a rash between buttocks and lower back (just need to get your rhythm right and you will be fine, try not to slide).

    For purposes of the side bends, it needs to be lower, it’s too high to actually target to obliques properly. Overall, can work but need to position yourself really well.

    Hypertensions, make sure you read on how to do them properly. Playing with the right height of the bench will really determine if you wake up next day with pain, rather than soreness.

    For the cost of the bench, it out weights most of the cons. I think it is a great bench but can be improved by allowing more than the decline angle and flat angle, maybe 1 more to target side and abs.

    Overall, I searched around and it is the best-buy.

The only critique I can give for improvement is the bar you have to stand on to do extensions is not at all comfortable, so I have to put on shoes, which I don't want to do at home. It feels like that wasn't fully thought out as it could have (and should have) been a different shape that would have been more comfortable. I'm thinking I might buy some stiff foam to cover it. But still no regrets on purchasing.

    I own quite a few LifePro products and I have never regretted it. I was given the opportunity to test the Hyperextension Roman Chair and it lives up to the quality that I have come to expect from LifePro.
    I have never been good at assembling products, but this Roman chair is the exception. Everything I needed was neatly labeled and packaged together and the instructions were easy for me to understand so that I was able to put it together myself.

    I primarily use this for back extensions and incline push ups, and it works very well. I am 5’11” and I can use this easily due to the sturdy build of the chair. I am working on trying other exercises with it. I love the space saving design as it folds up very easily and because it’s lightweight, it’s very easy to move wherever you need it. I run and hike and this Roman chair is helping me strengthen my glutes and core, which I very much appreciate.

    LifePro is a wonderful company who is very much focused on customer service. Their Lifetime Guarantee is amazing so when you buy from them, it is a positive investment in your health and fitness. You won’t be disappointed!

    Still figured it out easily .
    Don’t know what customer service from company is yet , but hopefully I won’t need to find out .
    But I’m happy at price and what I get for it !
