    After using the machine 3-4 times a week for 3.5 months, it broke. Two of the wheels under the seat failed. I immediately contacted Amazon who referred me to the manufactuer. I was informed that they would be shipping me replacement parts (from China) and they would follow up with delivery information. It has been over a week since I heard anything.
    No one seems to want to take responsibility for selling me this faulty product.
    Run from this machine. It is not worth the hassle. The failed customer service has just astounded me.

I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be as stable since it isn’t a continuous piece of wood for the rails, but it’s quite sturdy for me. I will admit though, I am not a heavy person.
