Great step towards a healthy lifestyle
Ive been using whey protein for over this year, the chocolate flavor in a opinion tastes better than all other flavors because the chocolate flavor shields a lot of the protein flavor and aftertaste. It is fairly durable, and very easy to use. I like the product package, especially, including the ingredients, carb content, and effective ways to use it. Out of all the whey protein I’ve used it’s the most inexpensive and highest servings size, if you take whey protein everyday or a few times a week, it can still last for fairly good time. It can be challenging to dissolve it, I’ve found that using a shaker rather than other methods dissolves it much better. It’s pretty clean in terms of keeping it in your house. Overall a very decent product

This is way easy to use making my smoothies. It mixed in very well and tasted good. I can feel the health benefits from my protein smoothies every day. Worked with my calorie counting, it didn’t put me over where I am from my normal protein. Overall good product it mixed up very well, not to thick.

Overall it provides whey protein at a highly reasonable price point. Getting enough protein to build (or maintain muscle as you age is important and there are so many options out there. Because of the price I thought I’d give this a try. Using this about 5 times a week for the last 6 weeks and here is my take:
- Adding to smoothies and it’s a highly filling meal and provides 30g of protein
- The taste and flavor (vanilla) was pretty good (not chalky)
- A bit too much on the sweet side (for my liking)
- For best consistency it’s best to blend vs hand mixing
- I had no issues digestively
- Overall thought it was good and did the job of adding protein to my diet, but didn’t leave me wanting to buy more until I try others
