Great bench for biceps and chest routines
I was interested mostly on the preacher attachment, which works exactly as I was expecting.I'm seeing improvement on my bicep's routine since I got this bench. Another feature I like is that you can easily adjust the bench's angles.I got surprised by the bench's weight, is so lightweight, so I can move it around without any problem. Don't get me wrong though, it is lightweight enough to move it around, but solid enough to do a decent bench routine. I'm currently lifting 25 pounds with Olympic dumbbells.CONS. I wish it has wheels to move it faster, it has an attachment to do basic leg work which I decided not to use, since it was going to add useless weight (I have other equipment to do leg routine). So I wouldn't recommend to use it for leg routines.

    I just got it in today and I love it! Packaging was excellent...came double boxed with firm wrapping. Extremely easy to assemble. It took me about 15-20mins to put it together. The only reason I gave this a four star review is because the weight bench doesn't fold as advertised. I had to take out 4 pins and the red leg bar in order to fold it properly. Other than that, I love it!

    Super easy to assemble, I’m not using the leg part, just for upper body workouts, I have no complaints. It’s a good bench. Looking at other reviews, some people just like to complain….It’s sturdy, doesn’t wobble, worth the price for sure. I read the reviews about the clip breaking on the bands so I’m not using those either. I bought this to use with my adjustable dumbbells, it’s exactly what I was looking for, preacher curl pad could be a bit wider, but it works.

I wish it were lower in height and that the 2 bottom feet supports were more sturdy and different material as it has started to wear (I have since covered it with arm bands to prevent anymore wearing). I have not really found the band very useful either.

    I was so excited to get this to advance in my fitness level! However it seems to be built for a child! I am 5’10” and weigh 250 pounds. Could not sit on bench and bring my legs in past the leg part. Had to sit with legs spread! The decline is like a 60 degree angle and has no purpose! There is about a 4” gap between the seat pad and backrest so when you try to do flat bench press you have no support where you need it most! The preacher curl pad is very small and doesn’t feel stable! You get what you pay for!
