Only 4 for flavor, but as an Atkins dieter I add 2 to 4 oz. of half & half for a meal replacement anyway (along with vitamins), for flavor and extra fat content. 5 for contents: not only 32g protein (none from soy) but 5g dietary fiber too, which is good for us low carb folks. I don't mind the inner foil wrap, if that's a cheaper security element than others if it helps keep the price down. I'll probably buy more in the future.

    First, I love the chocolate flavor, that is why 3 stars. I have bought 3 or 4 cases of that one. The cookies n cream though, so gross, zero stars.
    Cons: There is something about the flavor that is all wrong, it does NOT taste anything like cookies and/or cream. I got the new flavor to change it up a little but now I am stuck with these things and out $30. Just because you like the chocolate does not mean you will like this one.

    Pros: The chocolate (5 Stars) ones are GREAT and I will be buying those again. They do not hurt my stomach and keep me full. It mixes well with my coffee when I want it in the morning. They are best cold, I even add ice sometimes.

    They are WAY too sweet and have a really strong sweetener taste. I thought they would taste the same as the regular muscle milk. I am going to throw them out.
