    I’ve had other bands snap on me and these seem like they won’t. They are good quality and the storage bag is handy. Cons: only one set of handles for all three, so not ideal if you want to go back and forth between different weights. Also, the door stop works great for over the door, but will not fit in the side crack for chest level moves. You can get it in the other side, but tricky to close the door fast enough to get it at the right height.
